A "safety planer" is used to thickness the necks.
The headstock shape  is bandsawn out.
The fingerboard is slotted.
Fingerboards are shaped and pearl dots inlayed.
The binding channel is cut.
The binding is glued in.
Bodies with binding freshly glued in.

The neck is set for proper bridge height.
The center line is checked.
The neck is glued in.

The veneer is shaped and the pearl logo is inlayed.
The veneers are glued on.
Tuner holes are drilled.
Fingerboards are glued on and excess material routed away.
 
Frets are installed.
A nut is fitted.
The neck is shaped by hand.
Final sanding is done with the aid of strong side lighting.
Oil varnish is applied with a brush.
The first coat is always exciting.  The beauty of the wood jumps out.
The finish is polished out and hardware fitted.  The instrument is complete!.
